So, me and Lera -- that's my girlfriend, by the way, though I have no idea where she is, -- used to walk through the Garden and sometimes visit F7. We were already coming back that night, it was around 11 PM. We walked on a pathway on an opening. Two old oaks in front of us. ==Biography==

Charlie was born in Kereman in 2190 to a single mother, Katherine Volkhova. His surname is possibly based on the actual city of Volkhov.

Charlie chose to pursue a career in motion design, however, those plans were put to halt when he was brought to a trial after a walk in a night park with his girlfriend, Lera Sterman. Lera's father, an eccentric and rich man, was trying to punish Charlie for his wrongdoings. But a device that he implanted into Charlie's cranium to enforce his "punishment" ended up to be more of a blessing, not a curse.

Charlie was invited into New Hampshire to participate in neurostudies research conducted by the Malin Beg Research Institute.
